You enter the apartment, which was renovated and equipped with new, high-quality furniture in spring 2006, over a few small stairs. 75m² living space (divided in 7 rooms) provide enough space for 6 persons. To make you feel comfortable on cold winterdays as well, all rooms are heated with floor- or wallheating. Parquet-floors in the bed rooms and in the living room support a cosy atmosphere. We arranged all our rooms with due diligence.

We selected the furniture for the apartment, with attention to first class quality. All the furniture is made of real wood. The antiallergenic bedding programm and special wellness mattresses ensure that also people who suffer from allergies will have a comfortable stay at Appartement Martin. Unfortunately it is not possible to bring pets to the apartment.
To keep your objects of value safe during your stay, please use our walled in safe. To make your stay at Apartment Martin for you and for following guests as comfortable as possible, we ask you not to smoke in the rooms.

Livingroom

Im südseitig gelegenen Wohnzimmer lädt eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe zum Verweilen ein. Ein Sofa lässt sich mit wenigen Handgriffen in ein bequemes Doppelbett (160x205cm) verwandeln. Der geräumige Wohnzimmerschrank beherbergt Sat-TV und eine HiFi-Anlage. Ein besonderes Service des Hauses ist der Arbeitstisch mit einem Computer, mit dem Sie kostenlos und unkompliziert im Internet surfen können. Ihr privates Notebook können Sie ebenfalls kostenlos mit dem Internet verbinden. Zahlreiche Bücher und Brettspiele komplettieren die Einrichtung.

Bedroom 1 The large double bed (180 x 200) promises you nice dreams. Two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a clock radio, a big wardrobe and a Zwei Nachtkästchen mit Leselampen und Radiowecker sowie ein großer Kleiderschrank und ein Schminktisch vervollständigen die Ausstattung.

Bedroom 2 Here are two large single beds (90 x 200) with bedside table, clock radio and bedside lamps. A wardrobe and a table with two chairs complete the furniture.

Kitchen The spacious modern fitted kitchen is with all equipped what you can need. You will find a Ceran hotplates, an oven, a double sint, a large fridge/cooler combination, a dish washer, a micro wave oven, a toaster, a water cooker, a coffee maschine and diverse kitchen equipment.

Bath room Our bath room offers you the comfort of a large bath and an extra shower cabine. A wash basin with mirror and a place to keep complete the furnishing. Towels and a hair dryer is of course supplied by Apartment Martin.

Toilet A water closet with a wash basin and a mirror.

Anteroom Im Vorzimmer gibt es eine Kommode mit Spiegel und einer Garderobenwand. Schuhputzzeug sowie ein Regenschirmhalter mit Regenschirmen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
